Core composition and technical characteristics ‌ 

Uncoiling and leveling system ‌ : hydraulic or mechanical uncoiling device is adopted to support automatic loading and unfolding of various specifications of steel strips and coils. Multi-roll levelling machine is equipped to eliminate the stress of raw materials, ensure the flatness of steel strips, and provide a stable foundation for subsequent forming. 

High-frequency induction Welding system ‌ : The core process adopts HF welding technology (HF Welding). Through accurate temperature control and pressure adjustment, high-speed and accurate welding of pipe joints can be realized, with high weld strength and smooth surface, meeting the requirements of high standard sealing. 

Continuous forming unit ‌ : Customized forming die with multi-pass roll forming technology, can gradually curl the steel strip into round, square, rectangular and other cross section shape pipe, supporting the diameter of Φ7mm to Φ254mm pipe production, thickness range of 0.3-7mm, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet and other materials. 

On-line finishing and cutting unit ‌ : Integrated sizing straightener, weld sander and flying saw/laser cutting system to ensure dimensional accuracy (±0.1mm) and surface finish, supporting sizing cutting (error ≤±1mm) or continuous production mode. 

Intelligent control system ‌ : The whole line adopts PLC+ man-machine interface (HMI) automatic control, real-time monitoring of production parameters (speed, temperature, pressure, etc.), support fault self-diagnosis and remote operation and maintenance, greatly improve production efficiency and product consistency.
